As they say - No Pains, No Gains (or losses in my case)
I couldn't meet my aim of jumpstarting the exercise routine this week due to things out of my control. My in-laws are staying with us to watch over the kids while we are at work or gym or wherever, and this week my mother-in-law was feeling a bit unwell. So I went home straight from work without stopping at the gym. In the whole week, I managed a 25 mins Elliptical routine on Monday and 45 mins of Pilates + Salsa on Thursday and that's about it. Now that she is better, I think I will get back on track from next week. I hope to reach 148 by the end of next week - let's see..
So anyway, here are my weigh-in results for this week -
08/21 - 152
08/24 - 151.6
08/25 - 151.2

08/28 - 150.8
Today's drop of 1.2 pounds from yesterday is strictly artificial I think - I am just wearing some lighter clothes today..
