DEPRESSING is the word...
Maybe I should title this post as Biggest Gainer - Week 3! I went to the gym only once and although it was a kickboxing class which I could totally keep up with - that's about the only good thing that happened this whole week. I did stick to my semi-diet of no rice and bread and sweets.. but over the weekend we went to an Indian buffet place which made me gain 2 lbs in one day! That coupled with no exercise through the week resulted in this -
