Well - the $20 motivation worked! Since last Friday, I have been eating healthier, exercising 3 times a week.. I am not even on a strict diet. I just switched to fatfree milk, replaced my snacks with fruits and gajar-kakdi, cut down on rice and bread and other maida products as well as on desserts. But over the week I did indulge in some god sheera (my favorite), taco bell tostada (made N eat the crust, but I had the sourcream and cheese on the salad), had a falooda and bhel and misal complete with shev etc, had a bite of lindt truffle (heavenly), flower and methi parathas, thalipith practically fried in oil, and even some sweet shevaiya last night.
I have been weighing myself every day after I come in to work, after having a cup of milk at home and before or after my morning coffee at work. And here is the result..
