Biggest Loser - Week 5

Aah - this is getting kind of boring. The blogging I mean, not the weight loss effort.. I am just writing these blogs to keep a record for the future, so going forward I will only track the weights - the narrative seems to be quite unnecessary. But anyway - this week was okay. I worked out three days, also indulged in some of my favorite stuff -Pastrami sandwich from The Hat - yummm they have the awesomest tastiest pastrami. I also had bread 2-3 times this week, once with Prawns curry - I just love that combination and chapati does not do justice to the curry. So here's the track record and I am sooo glad to have finally broken the 150 barrier!!!

08/28 - 150.8
08/31 - 150.6
09/01 - 149.6
09/02 - 149.8
09/03 - 149.6
09/04 - 150.2

Again - I am positive today's 150.2 is mostly because of the heavy jeans I am wearing because I ate well and exercised yesterday and I feel 149. Or maybe that's just my excuse :)
