Am generally in a good mood today so thinking happy thoughts and listing down all the things that make me happy:
1. I have an OCD streak about organization. Any kind of organizing or cleaning activity, making to-do lists and scratching off completed items from these lists is like sheer bliss for me
2. This is a derivative of #1 but I specifically enjoy planning the “food” for my family. Being a working mom with two toddlers, I have to be really on top of this to be able to eat nice home cooked meals most of the days. So every Friday around 4 pm, I get a *ding* reminder on my Outlook to “Plan Food for Next Week”. I have an elaborate Excel sheet in which I plan what I will cook over the weekend, and what the family will eat for lunch and dinner for the next week. Based on that, I make nice grocery lists for the weekend. I know - Total Psycho. But this helps me sooo much – especially for the kids as I have to pack their lunch box every day with breakfast, lunch and a snack so this saves me loads of time by eliminating the “what should I give them in their dabba today” question.
3. Relaxing at home, reading or watching movies, just having that one or two hours of “Me” time.
4. Eating some unhealthy food like icecream or pastries – although I feel very guilty the next day!
5. Entertaining and throwing elaborate parties with lots of food
6. Snuggling in bed with the kids
7. The feeling I get at the end of the office day when I have had a good productive day and don’t have any work left over for the next day
8. My morning cup of chaha (or coffee on weekdays) especially when N makes the chaha
Bas, that’s it for now – now back to work so I can achieve #7 :)

Re: #2 - you are INSANE. No wonder you're such a supermom! :D
