Here are the answers for the first quiz. Pooja and Saurabh tie for a win with 8 correct answers. Pooja actually got all correct but admitted that Makarand helped her with two :) and Gayatri gets disqualified cuz she google'd (but still got one wrong) :))

I challenge your answer to qn 5.
On googling I found the following percentages:
Oxygen 46.6
Silicon 27.7
Aluminum 8.1
Iron 5.0
Calcium 3.6
Potassium 2.6
Magnesium 2.6
...

If you include the earth's core, then Iron is the most common element. If you limit it to just the earth's crust, then Oxygen is the most common.

No, it's clear that the question asks to consider the entire earth else it would have been "Which is the most common element in the earth's crust?" :P :))

Saurabh actually won this quiz. but ofcourse he miserably failed the Bollywood one :)
