The title explains it all! This blog was dead for the past month and half and I had absolutely no interest in resurrecting it until Nandini, my sister-in-law, revived her blog. It's funny that initially my blog gave her the enthusiasm to update hers and now her new blog renewed mine :)
So let me think of what all happened in these past 40 odd days.. I am just going to write as I remember.
Well the biggest thing so far is that my best friend had a baby boy this week!!! Sooo cute - the baby as well as seeing my friend assume the new dad's role :))
Sr and Jr had two bouts of cold and cough - all in a span of two weeks. They had moved from our bed to cribs in the nursery - now they are back to our bed. :( :)
We crossed some parenting milestones:
1. We watched two movies in their entirety (of course at home on DVDs) - Iron Man (first half good, second half was like a bad hindi movie) and Bomarillu (yeah - we watched a telegu movie with subtitles, decent one though)
2. We went out to eat in a restaurant - IHOP. We had tried food courts, fast food places but not a proper restaurant with the babies. Ofcourse IHOP is not really a proper restaurant but it's a start :)
We celebrated Diwali - first one for Sr and Jr - with lots of faraal posted from India. We even put up Christmas lights and a kandil and did Lakshmi pooja and the special bath with utna etc. Overall it was a lot of fun although celebrating festivals over here can't really be compared to when you are India!
Okay - now I really can't think of anything else. Either I can't remember or what's more probable is that I really didn't do anything else :)) So I will just post this now, and I hope I don't lose my blogging enthusiasm again. Or even if I do - I hope I get it back just like today.

Yess. Keep going! :)
Something happened to my earlier post...it got deleted!... anyways, nice to see you blogging again.... BTW, I also happened to see Bommarillu and it was a very good movie...Bollywood can definitely take some inspiration from Telugu cinema.
