(This chef is really funny to watch)
Stuffed Bread
I had learnt the bread design + stuffing funda from my cousin sister when we had visited her in 2002. Stuffings were my own creations -
- Corn Stuffing
Fry frozen corn on butter with some salt and pepper till it's a bit brown. Keep aside. Fry little onion in butter, add minced garlic, green chilli, red bell pepper. Mix with the corn. Add ricotta cheese, cream cheese, crushed red pepper, little mayo, any shredded cheese - I added some mexican mixed cheese. - Chicken Stuffing
Fry onion, garlic, spinach, green chilli, minced chicken - until chicken is cooked, add salt, crushed red pepper, red bell pepper, chopped basil. Remove from heat and mix this with ricotta cheese, cream cheese, little mayo, any shredded cheese. - Bread
Use Pillsbury crescent rolls, roll them out in a rectangle, add corn or chicken filling in the middle, cut strips on the sides and fold over. Top with a little cheese and bake at 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
Tangy Chicken
I had some extra chicken stuffing - before mixing it with the cheeses - so just fried it some more with soya sauce, sambal oelek (Indonesian chilli paste), more basil, little maggi chilli garlic sauce. Made it very spicy and tangy.
